Does anyone know the address, phone number, fax number or any contact information for the manufacturer of Advance Paragliders? If not, then does anyone know of a distributor within the U.S.? If someone knows of this information I would appreciate it if you would either email me or post it.

I can certainly agree with this...

Although I am a fairly low airtime pilot, my instructor suggested that my flying way good enough to try the Sigma-3. I loved it... my main likes were:

1. Launches easily and smoothly.. both Alpine in light winds, and reverse in stronger winds.

2. Turns very accurately and is very responsive... (It does tend to bank up quite quickly if you bury the brakes tho!)

3. Pitch Stability is very good.

4. It's resistant to tucks, especially the sort you get during reverse launches if you don't hold the glider back enough.

MH.

I fly one, i've been flying for 12 years, it's an advanced intermediate not a beginners/ intermediate i would think again, not that i think the glider has a problem, it's worth your while learning on something more stable to give you the confidence you need, if i were you i'd buy a g-sport or a nova phocus (or the like), i can't tell the difference in performance and they're rated as standard. The sigma incidentally does tuck, it does this symmetrically sometimes which is slightly odd, and in very windy conditions it's the liveliest glider i've flown, can you damp out a glider thats at 70 degrees to the vertical?
