Why not come to Florida in the winter time, the weather is great (March to MAy is best), there are no mountains so it would be tow flying or paramotors (both are available).

I hear tickets are cheap, just fly in to Tampa or Orlando. You can Paraglide or Hanglide.

It has been a while since I have seen Gary Jackson's home page mentioned so let me give you the link here: http://home.clara.net/parapilot/homepage.htm . He tells marvelous stories about his adventures overseas and you may discover that one of the places that he flew also teaches paragliding. Good
