Hi everyone.
I am interested in learning to hang-glide. I am wondering if anyone out there can tell me of any hang-gliding schools/resources in western Canada. I'm looking forward to your responses.
Thanks in advance,
David MacIntyre.

Hi, just wanted to throw my $.02 in. I just came back from doing my first ridge soaring and mountainish site. I was in Hinton Alberta at the <and yes I can't spell worth beans> Athabasca Tower. Being a prairie tower this was a great new experience. I got help from four locals, whom without I would have either fell off the ridge or not even gotten up there < I was 2wd only>. Needless to say I was most impressed. I will be back for 2 more trips in the area. One to the tower for some serious soaring hours and the other to Grande Mountain for my first cliff lauch/ high flight. I actuay started my flyign career by getting panty-glider information from the boys at Muller. From what I can tell tey seem to be a great training facility. And then theres the fact the Muller's seem to win all the competitions in Canada. Heh , lemme know when your going to be there , maybe the manitoba team <read: me and the other guy> will meet you there.
