Hey! First time post. I need opinions on the Kiss II. The one that I'm looking at is in Excelent shape, 1989 model, and has the longer lower wires. Background. I have extensive experience, since 1971, with Hi-Performance wings of the late 70's and early 80's. Over 4000 mountain flights in the NC, Va, and WVa region. Not new to the sport but I have been out of the sport for the last 8-9 years. Due to knees giving way in the 80's, I'm looking for something that flies good and will be relatively easy to land. Past wings include OVR2, Mosquito, Meteor, and a host of others. Am I in the right ball park with the Kiss II? What would you consider a good price range? Flight characteristics, and most important Landing Characteristics? Thanks in advance, Bert

Hi Bert,

And welcome back! Everyone keeps talking up the Wills Wing Falcon. Apparently is flies and lands like a dream. (never flown one personally) Or what about the Eagle? Just a step up but double surface. Checkout their page for more information.

Also check out their drogue chute. The use of a drogue would enable any high-performance wing to essentially come down at a much steeper angle without effecting control. (no more gliding in ground effect to the end of the field and then into something hard... heh)

Stop by your local sites again. Chances are things have changed ALOT!
